Just don't do it. Lunch food tasted microwaved. Brisket was not smokey at all! So disappointed. Worst BBQ I've ever had.

OMG those cherry wood smoked delights....No joke some great BBQ. Baked beans seams phoned in from a can...bacon on my wife's smoked turkey bacon club was a delight.

Our waitress was a real crab and you could tell she HATED her job. Customers are an inconvenience to her.
