Go to Red Robin instead. Food isn't the problem but the service is atrocious. Been to this location 5 times and have had horrible slow service each time and cold food twice.

My fiance & I love BWW! Here's a warning. Make sure you specify traditional(or boneless) or the absent bartender will give you the wrong kind which took an hour to get, we leave this time unsatisfied.

Ok food, expensive and noisy. Staff is excellent and very attentive. If they could work on the acoustics it would make the experience better.

I enjoy this place. 20 some wing flavors, sports everywhere. Their selection for non wing eaters could be better tho.

The wings are so-so, served in paper baskets, they hide beer prices & I felt ripped off. The choice of sauces for the wings was nice/creative, but I'd much rather order wings literally anywhere else.

Food was great service has terrible, middle of the day for lunch 25 servers and maybe 15 guests. No excuse for slow service
