1320!!!!! Great pub. Alas, one niggle: when I asked for a pickled egg, once a staple of pub grub, I was met with a raised eyebrow. The march of modernity really ought not to flow through these doors

Excellent selection of beers, good food. Nice atmosphere, you can imagine it full of pirates and smugglers

Authentic, cozy little pub, great offerings on tap, live music, and a healthy mix of locals and tourists. Ambience was perfect.
