I cannot stand Steak n Shake at e fowler ave!!!They will see you waiting to be seated or have ur order taken, and walk by you like you don't exist... I only come here b/c it's close.

Bottom tier dining experience. Takes about 400 light years to get seated at lunch time. I think they mop the floors with the burgers before they serve them. Also the bathroom smells like cheesy feet

The steak n shake needs re trained, the managers has no clue how to run a restaurant. Brandon locate is A+ ,much better service. Another waiter ask people behind us. Did ur waitress show ?Teamwork A+
