Lunch service poor on 1/13/19. Shift mgr had to tell cooks to make the orders. Big Mac was burned & bun was stale. Milkshake machine not working. Lobby person did a good job of keeping things clean.

The lunch line is brutally long but the food is good. Their fries did seem the slightest bit less salty.

Constantly have terrible service. Especially the night crew. Learn some customer service skills. Even the managers are terrible.
