Used a coupon (which wasn't applied to the order) and ended up being charged more than its value meal equivalent. Got the difference refunded, though.

Waited for 20 min for our food and then it wasn't right. When I asked why our order took so long, I was given excuses. Then when I went back for the wrong items, the shift manager said all is wrong
