It's small and service is slow because of the drive-thru. Starbucks really shouldn't have drive-thrus.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in Edmond, with the worst customer service. I, and many people I know, have never had a good experience here. I would make the drive to the one on Bryant or 2nd.

Customer service here sucks. It's worth driving to the one on Bryant and walking in to avoid the people that work here.

Order a short americano (not on the menu). Same amount of espresso as a tall, just less water, so not as watered-down. More flavor, more authentic. Plus, it's cheaper!
