If you are use to your upbeat happy barista don’t come here. I only mobile order here and pray it’s right. The customer service at this SB and L’Enfant Plaza will suck the joy of your day.

The cashier is hopeless, totally unfamiliar with the menu and lacks the ability to hear orders. The two baristas need to work extra hard to compensate for her incompetence.
