Their double wall ceramic mugs are the best! Keep an eye out for the new lines, a lot of them have great designs! If you are lucky, you might find one on the clearance shelf :)

It's Starbucks, you get the gist of it. I agree with the negative reviews about customer service. Out of the three employees I dealt with, one was a 10, one was a 5, and the third was a 2. #trysmiling
