Nice spot for european breakfast at ICN airport. Good coffee and croissant selection. Quite expensive though.

Great bakery with good lunch options, watch out for sandwiches with pork/bacon fillings they're everywhere and hard to identify in the display...

Try the Jeju Handmade Yoghurt. It's lightly tangy and deliciously smooth! Their drinks come in very cute cups!

IMHO the caramel macchiato here is better than the one in Starbucks. It's not too sweet and has a yummy creaminess to it.
