The lady manager/bartender or whatever her role is, was rude, incompetent, snob, unfriendly, and customer-hater... She seems to hate her job and I hope she would just quit!

For whatever reason, bar policy will not let you get inside if you have a cap/hat on which is ridiculous & unreasonable! ABSURD!
