Holiday 2017: Audubon Station will be open on SUNDAYS 10 AM - 3 PM for package pickup only (no retail services): Nov 19, 26, Dec 3, 10, 17, 24th.

Don't have much choice, but if you can avoid it or come at 8:59am on Saturday, you should. After waiting on line and at the pick up door for over an hour... they lost one of my packages.

Awful service. Rude and slow staff, lines are always long. Avoid coming here for your own sanity.

Post office location closest to the Columbia University Medical Center campus. Be sure to check the hours of operation (via their website) before visiting.

Come here really early to make sure you're not a victim of the lines.. And install netflix on your phone so you're occupied while the customer in front of you complains for no reason :p

If at all possible, have your packages and important documents mailed to your place of work. This place is the pits.
