Worst customer service and after waiting 2 hours was told they hadn't started it because the guy who took the car didn't do the paperwork. Won't be back. Now I know why bought and serviced at Longo

Absolutely the worst dealership I have encountered. Signed us up for an oil change when we requested for an armrest and remote starter installed. No one seems to help you till you seek it.

Up for service? Tired of abusive dealerships? See Peter Atmajian. My radio screen was acting up, I let him know, he simply wrote down the model number and replaced it. He remembered my name too!

WAY too aggressive. Test drove yesterday & told them I wouldn't make a decision till next week. They followed me out & emailed 4x in less than 24 hours! I might get a Toyota, but not from here.

Possibly one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. Sales person knew nothing about the cars he was selling and didn't want to go out for a test drive.

They do not skip car washes. Due to local laws they are available only upon request. If one reads ALL signage this info can be found

Great customer service! And I love that they have a free shuttle that will take you anywhere while your car is being serviced!
