Brought my 6 in for some recall repair work. The Service Advisor and Technician, William Allen and Jay, were great-professional and sincerely nice! Waiting room is very nice and includes snacks!

I took my car in yesterday to get thermostat fixed, oil change and alignment. Today I passed inspection but now I get a new check engine light pointing to EGR valve. Coincidence? Hard to tell

One good thing about their service is convenience, 10 minute wait and I was on a shuttle to downtown. Shuttle driver was great and friendly. Tony M. was a courteous service advisor.

All in all it's what I expect from a service dealer. They tried to charge me $85 for a thermostat while Cary Mazda had it for $62 as did numerous online places. Question the prices.

Rick Vandoren is wonderful! He was so nice, understanding, and wasn't pushy at all. Great buying experience and I got a gorgeous new Mazda 3!
