Try to skip Josh as a service rep. He talks down to you even if you are very experienced with cars. Hope he was just having a bad day but I don't appreciate him being a dick to customers.

Service center matches prices! We just got our battery for our Key Fob on our Jetta. Instead of paying $8.50 for a battery we paid $3.50!

They have a shuttle and comfy waiting room. Never had a problem with rudeness, its expensive but its a dealer. They do good work.

People here are extremely rude. Put a part on hold over the phone @550 drove down got there at 615 and the part department closed @ 6 and no one was able to help us
