This is the only museum in Colorado that is associated with the Smithsonian Institute. It's also free! One of my absolute favorite places.

Some place to pass the time checking out farm animals like lambs, chickens & pigs, and the historical buildings & museum. Educational but probably more fun for younger kids. But it is FREE.
