LOVE it here! Mentally prepared to spend 2 hours, ended up rushing it in 3 because they were closing. Map is helpful to not miss any exhibits :)

Be sure to check out the hours, as they change seasonally (eg closing at 4pm in the winter)

The place is huge! Go when you have the day off because there's a lot to see. And different floors too. Personally, I liked the ones involving lights better. And the food is also great.

Great destination for a day trip from NYC. Get a combined MetroNorth and museum ticket at the ticket machine in Grand Central and save about 50% (I think) on your museum admission.
