Very organized w kids birthday parties. Have gone to many here and the kids love the ball pit- keeps them entertained for hours! Plus the arcade.

Nothing works in the ball room! All there is to do it run around and throw balls.. Still have to pay for kids. Half of the games took my tokens as well.

half the games are broken and so are the ticket machines. employees are snotty and impatient with kids....why work there then??
