Definitely one of the most unique, rustic missions of San Antonio. You'll get an old west feeling in this place.

Check out the newly renovated Chapel. Really a cool place for pictures right outside the chapel. Farthest mission from the Alamo and downtown.

Mission Espada contains the best-preserved segment of the acequia (irrigation system) that was used to bring water to the fields.
