“的士停下来了，就直接上车，再跟的士司机说去哪里。如果司机说不去，就是拒载，乘客可以录音，进行举报。拍照、录像、索取小票是其他可以采用的取证手段。”注意记下车牌号，投诉电话很难打，但是真的会负责处理，只要证据充分。现在智能机都有录音功能，锁屏后会后台运行。

出租车上客点的警察凶神恶煞的赶你去坐公交时其实真的是为你好，没见过明目张胆的直接在上客区拒载不打表乱要价的！这就是福州。

There is a McDonald's here now if that matters to you. Otherwise this remains the sad abandoned stepson of Fuzhou Rail Station. And yes it is as in the middle of nowhere as they say.
