I received lousy service in the restaurant and had problems with check out. I will likely try another hotel next time I am in the area.

I know this is a Four Points but it could use a little TLC. The rooms are need of a serious refresh. The HVAC in my room sounded like a jet engine. Mold on bathroom ceiling.
