Friendly staff. My niece inadvertently untied the balloon weight and they flew away when we got home. The staff member show helped us gave us a replacement for free.

I work at a daycare, we took the kids to the safeway starbucks and while we waited Debbie the manager of sw gave all the kids free Popsicles!!! Thanks so much!
