This mall used to be good but is now little Mexico. If your not brown you'll feel like a lone chocolate chip in a big bowl of vanilla ice cream!

Do not buy a cell phone from the Mercado de Los Hielos vendors, as they refuse to give you a receipt or issue refunds - even when they are in the wrong.. Very shady
