Their customer service is impeccable. They want to do a great job and they want you to enjoy your experience, which is out of character for other nail salons I have been.

They do a great job & I never feel rushed. The shop is very clean. They are pretty busy with regulars, especially on the weekends. I always call ahead to make an appointment.

I went in today and found out they remodeled! Looks great and I love the new spa chairs. The owner was there and was so friendly. Can't wait to go back next week.

The place to get your nails done! So clean you could eat off the counters... but not recommended. Staff is friendly and overall the place is quiet so you can actually relax.

Awesome awesome awesome!!! Best manicure I've ever had. My tech is so sweet and easy to talk to. I got the shellac and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier :)

Queen Bee has got to be one of the BEST NAIL SALONS in Seattle!! They are so wonderful so great and they do amazingly on your nails!

Really amazing service!!!! The place is SO clear- fresh towels, they don't recycle any tools, everything is sterilized. I've been shopping for the right nails place and I finally found it!!!

They were FANTASTIC. The atmosphere was great and the staff was wonderful plus they give these great little massages with a mani/pedi on last tuesday!! Thank you!

I love everything about these artists. They are extremely friendly, overly accommodating, and extremely detail oriented. My nails look and STAY looking fresh for weeks!

Loved this place! Everyone is friendly and the place is very clean, which is a must for me. It's perfectly located close to my office. I'll be back :)
