A very relaxing place to spend time in, and this whatever the time of the day or the time of year. Love also the regular photo exhibitions at the entrance. And of course the chess players.

Very nice tree-lined park with a library and the impressive Reformation Wall, a library and many large chess/checker boards.

The Reformation Wall is opposite the large building. There are sometimes processions to this garden from other parts of the city. There are multiple chess boards as well as a sand pit.

Schöner Platz zum Laufen, Joggen und Radfahren. Eignet sich auch für ein Picknick mit Freunden und der Familie. Es gibt hier einen schönen Spielplatz und ein Riesen-Schachspiel.

Salsa parties in the restaurant, organized every other Sunday. It gets very crowded and due to the complete lack of air conditioning it gets super hot, even during the winter

Vale a pena visitar, o acesso ao parque é através da Praça Nova aos pés das muralha erigidas no século XV que foi no início era conhecido por "O passeio dos Bastiões", depois virou parque.

Very pretty, lots to do here: huge chess and checkers games to play, the Reformation wall, the university/city library, statures, fountains, playgrounds and more!
