Zur Abwechslung mal ganz nett. Funktionales Training super möglich. Leider keine schweren Gewichte vorhanden. Bankdrücken/Kniebeugen u.a. nicht wirklich mögl.

Plenty of cardio, TRX, sandbags, medballs, etc. Basic set of free weights. Bring your own towel, water and shower gel.
