銀座中央通り南端だからJRなら有楽町より新橋の方が近いです。ワンフロアはそれほど面積ないけど多層階だからそこそこ広い。

Children paradise, different level to cater for different toys theme. At level 4, there's a small car race track whereby u pay JPY 200 for 15min of racing.

If you think it's wrong to be an adult that enjoys playing with toys, this is not the place for you. Pay a few bucks to race toy cars around the track against others.
