The pillows are down. If you are allergic they will still give you down pillows and then claim they aren't down. The manger today was rude to myself and my elderly grandmother. Do NOT stay here.

Lovely hotel, Starbucks in lobby, lentil soup and Cougar cheese appetizer- my go to hotel in Spokane for business travel!!
