Absolutely God-awful. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Actually left a day early it was that bad. Don't be lured in by the low price!

Great old world hotel where customer service is king. Affordable 3 star in the center of London & super friendly staff, in 1 of the most expensive cities is a can't miss. Would definitely come back.

Room was dirty and smell bad, water on the shower or super hot or super cold. Couldnt open the windows because they were stuck. No free wi fi, and breakfast was really bad. Staff was very friendly.

Possibly the biggest dump the ever grace the wonderful land of Marylebone. Never check-in here...ever.
