Family owned, This is reasonable and a great place to stay compared to the corporate giants that surround it. Yes no shampoo or conditioner, all it takes is to ask the person on duty. My favorite!

The owner lady is off her rocker. She did let us check in early though. Oh and bring your own shampoo. There wasn't any.
