To follow-up on the last tip, the party that happened was very much not authorized. The owner of the entire place called and got to the bottom of it. I'd be very surprised if it happened again.

If you need to sleep at night, come here at your own risk. They rent the conference house to drunks.. There's no one to call, if they party from midnight on, you're screwed. Manager not bothered.
