Good value, bed quite hard though. Good working shower. Lay out of buildings bit odd. Breakfast room was uninspiring and soulless. Front desk staff professional

It's known as a good budget, comfortable, cleanliness accommodation in Hat Yai. Internet WiFi is available and the gracious staffs are pleased to deal with any matters concerning of my stay.

Staffs and services are just awesome.. better than lee garden plaza and other hotels in hat yai. But with the room rate and being a 4 star hotel, at least put a bath tub in all the rooms..

Friendly staff. Breakfast is ok, but they could do better. Beds are very comfty. Nice swimming pool also. Little bit away from the markets.

As of 12.12.2012, the basement car park ramp is too steep, and I was told they are about to fix it. BTW, parking spaces are limited.
