Not the best oysters I've ever had but I did love the preparation: ahi tartar and lilikoi mignonette. Def worth a taste.

Daily pasta was herb infused tagliatelle with mushrooms & prosciutto and it was amazing. Love the focaccia & lavosh with curry hummus too - really addictive. Service is inconsistent and a bit slow...

Be sure to check out Mt. Kaala Coffee Company in the lobby - fantastic locally roasted beans. Employees of other hotels *ahem* walk over here for the best lattes in the neighborhood.

Go on Friday nights because Hilton Hawaiian Village next door has fireworks! Make reservations EARLY!!!! Ask for table 70, you won't regret it and you'll be thanking me for the suggestion. :-)

Try the happy hour at the top floor (special lift goes only from the lobby). Mai tais $4 from 5:30 to 6:30

Fantastic wine list picked by a lover and collector of wines. Best bartenders in town, period. Romy will keep your glass full even when the place is packed and he's got a million other customers. M
