I always go to the chipotle in downtown where the lunch lines are out the door but it's fast service. Every time I go to the Roseville location with a much smaller line, the wait is forever.

There was one kid working the entire line by himself and it was still faster service than most locations. Food is a bit inconsistent, but very friendly staff!

Its hard to find a place to sit when it's busy. It's often packed. Had no problems with the burritos here.

Still not the fastest service. Been coming here for a while. Online orders tend to get ignored, but made as soon as you get there not a big deal.

If you think online ordering will save you time think again. We ordered 39 minutes ahead of the pick up. When I arrived it hadn't even been started. No "I'm sorry for the wait". Disappointed.
