Always crowded and the interior hasn't changed in 10 years. A bit stuffy and the bulk teas aren't the freshest.

Great selection of teas, tea drinks. I like: turmeric ginger herbal, any hot chai, chaider, matcha smoothie on a hot day. Quiet, calm place.

The Creme de la Earl Grey was light and creamy, but still probably not as good as DAVIDsTEA.
